Wild West Wine & Cider
Bringing you natural wines and ciders from the badlands of North Somerset.
We are Wild West Wine.
We make tiny batches of wine and cider from organically grown fruit. Our drinks let it all hang out – the kind of bottles you’d be nervous to bring home to mum and dad.
No fusty labels, coats of arms or once-feudal-estates to our name. Just fermented juice in bottles.
Our first vintage arrives 2020 from vineyards and orchards at our home of Failand Farm, near Bristol, in the UK’s wild West.
In both wine and cider production, we’re guided by natural winemaking principles, but we aren’t beholden to them. We use tiny amounts of sulphites (if any) and don’t filter or fine. Our honest, simple drinks carry the essence of our land.
Experimentation is the foundation of what we do. We’re always looking to try new things in our pursuit of interesting and different ciders and wines.
Our other guiding principle is collaboration. The Failand Farm winery and cider house is home to a community of extraordinary producers including Limeburn Hill Vineyard and Wilding Cider.
